Our Mission

In 2013, three friends who grew up together in the Napa Valley attended the inaugural BottleRock Napa Valley music festival and were impressed by their experience. It was clear that the Napa Valley had added arts to its reputation as America’s epicenter of great wine and food. In late 2013, Napa Valley entrepreneurs Dave Graham, Justin Dragoo and Jason Scoggins formed Latitude 38 Entertainment and acquired the BottleRock brand. Since becoming the owners and producers of BottleRock Napa Valley, the music, wine, and food festival has become one of the country’s premium annual events, garnering national and international acclaim.
